6. Returns & Refunds

Returns or refunds will only be considered in the following cases:


  • The product received inside the Aithihya Jewellery box is damaged upon opening.

  • One or more items from the order are missing from the package.

To request a return or refund, customers must provide:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos or videos of the product

  • A complete unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened and the contents inside

Please note:

  • Claims for damaged or missing items will only be accepted if reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.
  • The unboxing video must clearly show the package being opened from its sealed condition without any cuts or edits.
  • Damage to the outer courier package alone does not qualify for a return or refund if the product inside is received in good condition.
  • Aithihya is not responsible for damages caused during transit by the courier service when the product inside is intact and undamaged.
  • Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, incorrect order placement by the customer, or normal variations in product appearance due to photography and screen settings.
  • If a claim is approved after verification, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

7. Intellectual Property
