We do not accept returns once a product has been sold and delivered.

Refunds for Damaged or Defective Items

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged, broken, or defective at the time of delivery

• The issue must be reported within 24-48 hours of receiving the order

Unboxing Video Requirement

A clear and continuous unboxing (opening) video may be required to claim a refund.

The video must clearly show:

• The sealed package from all sides before opening

• The complete unboxing process without cuts or edits

• The damaged or defective product clearly visible

Refund requests without the required proof may not be accepted.

Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

• The refund will be processed to the original payment method only

• No cash refunds will be provided

Refund processing time may take 7 business days depending on the bank or payment provider.

Items Not Eligible for Refund

• Required proof (such as unboxing video or images) is missing, incomplete, or unclear

• The product is not damaged or defective

• Damage caused after delivery due to customer handling

• Minor variations in colour, finish, or design due to lighting or screen differences

• Refund request raised after the allowed timeframe
